Das Plugin wird installiert indem man den Ordner "Countdown" in das Verzeichnis "/wp-content/plugins/" schiebt.

Dann muss man nur noch die Zeile "<?php cd_get_countdown(); ?>" in der Sidebar an der beliebigen Stelle einfügen.

Es gibt ein Admin Backend in dem man alles einstellen kann.
